Looking to sell or trade your goods? We make the process simple, fair, and transparent. To ensure accurate evaluations and smooth transactions, all items must be graded using our condition system before contacting us.

Please read the grading guide carefully and follow the steps below before sending an inquiry.


Step 1: Determine Your Item’s Condition

Use the grading scale below to honestly assess your item. Be as accurate as possible — this helps us respond faster and offer fair value.

Item Condition Grading Guide

Mint Condition

  • Item is brand new or like new

  • No visible wear, damage, or defects

  • Fully functional (if applicable)

  • Original packaging included (if relevant)

Excellent Condition

  • Very lightly used

  • Minor signs of handling but no major flaws

  • Fully functional

  • Clean and well maintained

Good Condition

  • Clearly used but well cared for

  • Noticeable cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, etc.)

  • Fully functional unless stated otherwise

Fair Condition

  • Heavily used

  • Visible wear and cosmetic damage

  • May have minor functional issues

  • Still usable

Poor / Bad Condition

  • Significant wear or damage

  • Major cosmetic or functional issues

  • May require repair or be for parts


Step 2: Prepare Your Information

Before emailing us, make sure you have:

  • Item name and type

  • Chosen condition grade (from the list above)

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Any known issues or missing parts

  • Whether you are looking to sell, trade, or are open to both

Step 3: Email Your Inquiry

Once you’ve completed the grading steps, send your inquiry to:
