Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Returns

We want you to shop with confidence at Azza Exclusive.

• You may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, unless an exemption under UK consumer law applies.
• Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• Used items can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described.

Refunds

• If an item becomes unavailable or is out of stock after your order has been placed, we may issue the value of the item as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase at Azza Exclusive.
• Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law.
