Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 Returns

    •    You may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, unless an exception applies.

    •    Used items are eligible for returns only if faulty or not as described.

 Refunds

    •    In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, we reserve the right to issue a refund in the form of store credit. This credit can be applied toward any future purchase on our website. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

    •    Shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.
