  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing has been completed.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 working days

  • Suitable for non-urgent orders

Tracked Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Includes tracking updates for added peace of mind

Urgent Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days

  • Prioritised shipping for faster delivery


3. Shipping Location

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.


4. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods. Azza Exclusive is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier.


5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.

  • Azza Exclusive cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
