Used items may show signs of wear or previous use, which will be stated where reasonably identifiable. Images may not always represent the exact condition of an item.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products do not carry Azza Exclusive’s Authenticity Guaranteed designation.

3.2 Authenticity Guaranteed Products

Azza Exclusive operates a dedicated Authenticity Guaranteed section.

Products within this section undergo an enhanced authenticity verification process before being approved for sale. This may include checks of:

  • Branding, labels and tags;

  • Serial, model or product codes;

  • Materials and construction;

  • Packaging and manufacturing details; and

  • Supporting documentation or other relevant authenticity indicators.

Products that do not meet our verification requirements will not be listed within this section.

Products carrying the Authenticity Guaranteed designation are sold by Azza Exclusive as verified authentic products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our verification is carried out by Azza Exclusive and does not mean that a product has been independently authenticated, sponsored or endorsed by the original brand.

Products outside the Authenticity Guaranteed section should not automatically be assumed to carry this designation. However, Azza Exclusive does not knowingly buy, advertise or sell counterfeit goods.

3.3 Fragrances, Beauty & Personal Care

All fragrances, beauty products and personal care products sold by Azza Exclusive are represented by us as verified authentic.

Where appropriate, these products may undergo checks including packaging, batch or product codes, branding, labelling, product characteristics and sourcing information.

4. Selling Items to Azza Exclusive

By selling an item to us, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner;

  • The item is not stolen, counterfeit or subject to outstanding finance; and

  • You have the legal right to sell the item.

We may request proof of ownership or identification.

All items may be assessed upon receipt. If an item differs materially from its description, we may revise our offer or decline the transaction.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Prices may change at any time before an order is confirmed.

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

Ownership of an item purchased from Azza Exclusive transfers to the customer once payment has been received, subject to any applicable consumer rights.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, weather or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

Items that are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet applicable legal requirements will be dealt with in accordance with UK consumer law. (GOV.UK)

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method where required by law.

For used products, normal signs of wear that were clearly disclosed at the time of purchase will not constitute a fault.

8. Prohibited Items

Azza Exclusive does not knowingly buy or sell:

  • Counterfeit goods;

  • Illegal or restricted items;

  • Unsafe or recalled products.

Where appropriate, suspected illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to or is licensed to Azza Exclusive and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
